Dymond KorTek 917 is an extra-strength, water-based lithium concrete densifier designed to chemically harden, dustproof, and fortify concrete and cementitious substrates. It penetrates into the surface and reacts with the concrete to improve abrasion resistance, durability, moisture resistance, and protection against wear while keeping the substrate breathable.
KorTek 917 is ideal for concrete floors, sidewalks, driveways, cement surfaces, natural stone, and precast stone where a stronger, longer-lasting surface is required without changing the overall appearance of the substrate.
KorTek 917 uses lithium densifier technology to react with cementitious ingredients within the substrate. Once the reaction occurs, the treated surface becomes denser, harder, and more abrasion resistant.
Unlike a traditional film-forming sealer, KorTek 917 becomes an integral part of the surface. It does not create an impermeable coating, so the concrete remains breathable while gaining improved protection against wear, dusting, moisture, and surface deterioration.

To qualify, the product must be within shelf life, used under proper storage conditions, and installed using only Dymond components.
This warranty does not extend to issues arising from improper surface preparation, substrate contamination, excessive moisture vapor, impact or abuse, substrate movement, or UV discoloration of white/light epoxies. Installations over wood, tile, or outdoor surfaces are excluded unless specifically approved. Cosmetic issues such as texture variation, microbubbling, or minor tint shift are not covered. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence of each install stage and full batch documentation. Dymond reserves the right to determine whether the cause of failure falls within warranty scope.
