Freight Deliveries

Some of our larger kits and bulk orders ship via freight. These deliveries require:

A commercial address with loading dock or forklift access, or

Prior arrangement for residential curbside delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. For freight shipments, tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delays and Exceptions

While we work hard to keep lead times consistent, shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain factors can occasionally occur. We'll communicate proactively if your order is affected.

Receiving Your Order

Inspect your delivery promptly. Any shipping-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a claim.
