BondMaxx 127 Primer A 93% solids, high-build epoxy primer that creates a tight chemical bond to concrete. It penetrates deeply, providing the ideal foundation for long-term adhesion and outstanding chemical resistance.

SolidCor 217 Base Coat A 100% solids epoxy base layer with strong gloss, impact resistance, and chemical durability. This is the body of the system that takes the flake broadcast, delivering long-lasting color and performance.

Decorative Flake (40 lbs) High-strength vinyl flakes create a classic terrazzo-style finish, adding texture, slip resistance, and a signature garage aesthetic.

CrystalCoat 328 Polyaspartic Topcoat This UV-stable, crystal-clear polyaspartic locks everything in with a rock-hard, chemical-resistant finish that maintains gloss, resists wear, and cures fast—drive-ready in as little as 48 hours.

Application Notes:

• Apply BondMaxx 127 primer to a properly prepped surface using a squeegee and backroll method
• Squeegee and backroll SolidCor 217 base coat evenly across the floor
• Generously broadcast flake into the wet epoxy until the surface is fully covered
• Allow to cure, then scrape and vacuum excess flake
• Squeegee and backroll CrystalCoat 328 topcoat as your final sealer, making sure to leave a consistent finish
