Refund policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of our products when used correctly and within recommended guidelines. Due to the nature of epoxy flooring materials — which are designed for specific jobsite conditions and have limited shelf life — the following policy applies:

Coating Products

All tinted, mixed, or kit-based coating products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coatings, flakes, additives, or related materials once shipped. This includes reasons such as overordering, change of project scope, color expectations, or installation issues. Please ensure all quantities, colors, and usage plans are correct before ordering.

If a coating product is found to be defective or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery or 48 hours of installation, whichever occurs first. You must include your order number, the product lot or batch number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. If a defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement of the same product or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products used incorrectly, including:

  • Improper installation
  • Use outside intended environments or without appropriate surface preparation
  • Failure to follow application instructions, safety guidelines, or cure schedules
  • Use after the labeled shelf life or expiration date
  • Environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, or moisture at the jobsite
  • Use in systems not recommended for compatibility
  • Color changes or gloss variations caused by lighting, UV exposure, or chemical contact

Tools & Non-Custom Accessories

Certain tools or non-custom accessories may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • The return is authorized in advance (see below)

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Authorization

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must provide your order number, product lot or batch number (if applicable), and the reason for return. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA must be clearly included with the returned shipment.

Damaged Shipments

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the box, packaging, and product so we can file a claim with the carrier. Delayed reports may result in denied claims.

Final Notes

We do not refund or reimburse for installation costs, labor, project delays, or other indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances. All return and refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are subject to our full Terms of Sale.
