Collection: Urethanes

Dymond urethane coatings are designed for projects that demand long-term durability, chemical resistance, and UV stability—especially where epoxy alone won’t hold up. Whether you're finishing a decorative flake floor in a garage or protecting a high-traffic industrial surface, our urethane topcoats offer a tough, flexible barrier that resists wear, yellowing, and surface damage.

Our lineup includes two specialized systems. CrystalCoat 312 is a high-performance aliphatic polyurethane available in clear and pigmented options, delivering a high-gloss finish with excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility. It performs well in service bays, labs, warehouses, and other demanding settings, with proven resistance to acids, solvents, and alkalis. For even greater film build and wear protection, CrystalCoat 325 offers a high-solids, three-component urethane system designed for high-wear environments. It provides superior coverage—up to 600 sq ft per gallon—with a semi-gloss finish that’s ideal for hiding imperfections and reducing glare.

Both systems are built with long-term performance in mind, curing to a hard, chemical-resistant film while maintaining enough flexibility to resist impact and cracking. These urethanes are compatible with epoxy basecoats and work especially well as topcoats for flake or color systems where gloss retention and chemical durability are critical.

Dymond urethanes are made in the USA and supported by detailed application specs to help professionals deliver consistent, high-quality results across every job. When your flooring system needs to stay sharp and hold strong under pressure, Dymond urethanes are a trusted choice.

Held up against forklifts and chemical spills better than the last two systems we tried. It’s flexible enough to handle vibration, but sets hard enough for serious traffic.

We’ve tested VaporShield 125 in basements with high moisture, and it hasn’t lifted once. Topcoats sit on it clean — no fisheyes, no weird bonding issues.

Used the 217 on a warehouse refinish job. Mixed easy, self-leveled nice, and the coverage was dead on. We’ll be running with Dymond from here on.
